Out of Action

Those who resist existing power structures are often faced with repression. This can have many different faces: violent actions of the police, legal criminalization, surveillance or confinement. The negative consequences of repression, or confrontations with Nazis are equally varied: apart from visible impacts like a bloody nose, or financial burdens due process costs, there are also less obvious effects such as emotional stress, right up to
mental trauma.

The emotional first aid group Out of Action fights against these effects of violence and repression and for open, interaction with each other in solidarity. We provide support from activists for activists and accompany stressful experiences before, during, and after an action in order to properly deal with political activism.
