RWE and their faithful supporters, the police, are trying to prevent the climate camp. They put so much pressure on the farmers who wanted to host us on their land, that those were not able to hold out. So the camp cannot take place where we thought it would take place. We are currently negotiating other options in the area, and the camp will definitely happen. Keep up-to-date on this website to find out where we are. Be prepared for creative solutions! If possible, bring a bike!
The giant energy corporation RWE does really NOT want us and our legitimate protest in the area. For us, this is a sign that we found the right spot for our struggle against climate change. It is effective and a real pain for the polluting industry. We will continue!
